Menstrual Health Shapes Futures

Dignity in Everyday Life

Access to menstrual hygiene resources allows girls to attend school consistently, manage their health safely, and participate fully in daily life.

With reusable sanitary pads and menstrual health education, girls experience fewer school absences, improved confidence, and greater comfort during their periods. Families and schools are better equipped to support menstrual health in ways that protect dignity and well-being.

Laying the Groundwork

Access to menstrual hygiene supplies is essential — but lasting change requires more than distribution alone.

Our approach begins with listening. We work alongside schools, community leaders, and local partners to understand needs, reduce stigma, and deliver menstrual hygiene and sanitation education that is culturally appropriate and community-informed.

As this work grows, we are building toward a Menstrual Hygiene Center — a women-led, locally rooted space that will support sustainable pad production, provide fair-wage employment, and expand access to menstrual health resources across surrounding communities.

Our Menstrual Health Programs

Community Partnership

We work alongside schools, community leaders, and local partners to understand needs, reduce stigma, and ensure programs are locally informed.

Access to Reusable Supplies

Reusable sanitary pads provide a reliable, sustainable option that supports health, comfort, and consistent school attendance.

MHM and Sanitation Training

Every program includes age-appropriate menstrual hygiene management trainings that equip girls with the knowledge to manage their periods safely and with dignity.

Sustainable, Women-Led Solutions

As our work grows, we are building toward a women-led Menstrual Hygiene Center to support local production, fair-wage employment, and lsustainable access to menstrual health resources.

The Heart of the Program

Sustainable menstrual health solutions are built by the people they serve.
Our work is rooted in women-led leadership — from education and outreach to local sourcing and long-term planning. By centering community ownership and investing in women’s livelihoods, we help ensure menstrual health support remains trusted, accessible, and rooted in the community over time.

Meet Amina, A Local Fabric Provider
