Ashley Blanco
Founder / Executive Director
Ashley Blanco is the Founder and Executive Director of Bloom Together Collective, where she leads clean water and menstrual health programs in Zanzibar, Tanzania and Uganda. In this role, she oversees program development, builds partnerships with local organizations, and mobilizes resources to support sustainable, community-led solutions.

Ashley is a double alumna of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs (2023) and a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in International Nongovernmental Organizations (2024).
She also holds a Certificate in Civic and Nonprofit Leadership and was recognized with the Neil Crispo Service Award from Florida State University for her commitment to service and leadership.

In addition to her work with Bloom Together Collective, Ashley serves as the full-time Operations Coordinator at Casa Familia, a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive housing communities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
